Its really simple to put clickable link at youtube description.
Just start your link with “http”, i.e., like “http://www.whatever.com” and not just “www.whatever.com”

The URL will become clickable automatically, but might take some time to activate. Putting clickable link at youtube may be good for very high traffic at your website if your youtube video is popular.
