OrCAD is a suite of tools from Cadence for the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Here are a few tutorials which you can use:
1. http://www.ece.rice.edu/~jdw/orcad/OrCAD_Tutorial/docs/tutorial.pdf
This document will give you a crash course in designing an entire circuit board from start to finish. This will be a very small and simple circuit, but it will demonstrate the major concepts and introduce the tools behind completing a PCB design. After you have completed this tutorial, you will know all the steps needed to make PCBs using OrCAD. This is not, however, a guide to the inner workings of the OrCAD interface. You should use this document in conjunction with the online OrCAD help and tutorials.
2. http://www.ee.siue.edu/~gengel/pdf/PSPICEtutorial.pdf
This is a very small tutorial for PSPICE – A circuit simulator bundled with OrCAD.
3. http://www.umel.feec.vutbr.cz/~prasek/OrCAD15-7DemoTutorial.pdf
The objective of the tutorial is to enable users to evaluate the power of the OrCAD® PCB tools used in the Windows-based PCB design process. You can use this tutorial to perform all the steps in the PCB design process. The tutorial focuses on the sequence of steps to be performed in the PCB design cycle for an electronic design, starting with capturing the electronic circuit, simulating the design with PSpice, through the PCB layout stages, and finishing with the processing of the manufacturing output. Tasks covered in this tutorial may not cover all the features of a tool. In this tutorial, the emphasis is on the steps that you will need to perform in each OrCAD tool so that your design works smoothly through the flow. This tutorial is useful for designers who want to use OrCAD tools for the complete PCB design flow or for analog simulation flow. You can also benefit from the tutorial if you are a first-time user of OrCAD Capture, PSpice, OrCAD PCB Editor, or SPECCTRA for OrCAD.
